westernmost point in Canada. Yes, further west than Vancouver or
Queen Charlotte Islands!

When I hitchhiked up here in 1974 I got caught here in
sub-freezing temperatures in mid-August. One morning there was a
good 1/2" of ice on a bucket of water.
