Dawson City and Area - Page 1

On top of Midnight Dome (above Dawson City), looking down on Klondike River and tailings from gold dredging.

Gold dredging was enormously destructive of the environment.


Looking down on Dawson City from Midnight Dome. The Yukon River is the main, muddy river, with the clearer waters of the Klondike River entering from the left.
